LEWIS PHILLIPS HINKLE has been preparing qualified domestic relations orders (or "QDROs") since their creation in 1984, as an offshoot of our family law practice. We have prepared hundreds of such orders, which facilitate the division of retirement benefits for divorcing parties. We draft and review QDROs for our own clients and consult with other attorneys on behalf of their clients in this complex field. We also represent parties in disputes or litigation stemming from such orders.
