Mr. Brady is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (B.A. 2005) and the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D. 2009), where he excelled in family law and appellate writing. During law school, Mr. Brady was a member of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Phi Alpha Delta, and Trial Practicum. He was also civically active as a volunteer youth mentor and for local pet rescue groups. Elliot is a native of Chapel Hill and first started with LEWIS PHILLIPS HINKLE in 2003. He is now an associate attorney concentrating his practice in family law. He is an active volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle as a youth mentor and is also a member of the BBBST Young Ambassadors, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the North Carolina Bar Association.
