Our Firm’s lawyers include some of the most experienced mediators in the State. Susan Lewis began providing mediation services in the family law area in 1978. Dickson Phillips has been a North Carolina Superior Court Certified Mediator since 1992, from 1995 to 2000 was an attorney/mediator with the Duke Private Adjudication Center, and since 1996 has been a Term Professor of Dispute Resolution and then an Adjunct Professor teaching mediation and negotiation at UNC School of Law. In addition to his work as a mediator, Dickson Phillips has also served as an arbitrator in many cases.
