Our Firm has been preparing qualified domestic relations orders since their creation in 1984. An offshoot of the family law area, our Firm has prepared hundreds of such orders, which are commonly referred to as “QDROs”. Our services include preparing and reviewing QDROs on behalf of our clients, as well as consultation services to other attorneys in this complex field. We also are available to represent parties in disputes or litigation stemming from such orders.
